Puppi Lovers App Weekend Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Puppi Lovers App Weekend Giveaway (the “Competition”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

1.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Puppi Lovers and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

2. How to Enter:

2.1 To enter the Competition, participants must download and sign up for the Puppi Lovers app during the specified weekends.

2.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Prize:

3.1 The prize for the Competition is either $100 gift card to Kellyville Pets or a $100 gift card for The Iconic.

3.2 The prize winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

3.3 The prize winner will be able to select which gift card they would like to receive.

4. Entry Period:

4.1 The Competition begins at 12:00 AM on each Saturday and ends at 11:59 PM on each Sunday during the promotional period.

5. Winner Selection:

5.1 The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries within 7 days after the end of each weekend.

5.2 The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the app signup process.

6. Claiming the Prize:

6.1 The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days of receipt to claim the prize.

6.2 If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

7. Publicity:

7.1 By participating in the Competition, participants grant Puppi Lovers the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions:

8.1 Puppi Lovers reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition at any time for any reason.

8.2 Puppi Lovers is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions of the app or website hosting the Competition.

9. Privacy:

9.1 Information collected for the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Governing Law:

10.1 The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales
